Refund policy
Since we have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your product.
In order to return it, your product must be labeled and in its original packaging, as it was when it was reached you, that is, unworn or used. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please review your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or you have received an incorrect product. So we can evaluate and fix the problem.
Exceptions/non-returnable products
Some types of products, such as perishable products (e.g. food, flowers or plants), special products (e.g. special orders or personalized products) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products) are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for dangerous substances, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products and gift cards on sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to reach the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product after the return is accepted.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Despite the above, if the product is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any justification. As mentioned above, your product must be labeled and in its original packaging, in the condition when it reached you, that is, unworn or used. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and reviewing your refund and let you know if your refund request has been approved. If your request is accepted, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
